Your Natural Stone/Quartz Project from start to finish:
1. Material Selection
Schedule an appointment or stop by our showroom to browse our inventory. Remember to bring cabinet samples, paint colors, or anything else you want to help in picking the ideal stone.
2. Field Measure
Contact us when your cabinets are set. We can then schedule a technician to visit your residence and collect accurate dimensions. Be sure to have all of your sinks, faucets, and cooktops on site to ensure a complete measure, and quicker fabrication turn-around.
3. Slab Layout
After the field measure is complete, you have the option to return to our showroom and work with your sales rep/designer to lay out the slabs. This step means you get the countertops you want.
4. Fabrication
Following the field measure, or once your slab layout is complete; our craftsmen will begin work on your new countertops. This process takes anywhere from 10-15 business days, depending on the complexity of your job.
5. Installation
As fabrication progresses, we will contact you to schedule an appointment for installation once your pieces are complete. Please note that old countertops must be removed before installation unless otherwise discussed with your project manager.
6. Warranty
We warranty our tops against any issues arising from fabrication or installation for one year from the date of installation. If you have any issue, please call. Your satisfaction is our priority.
